Please join us and our rescue Bulldogs for a fun 75 minute yoga class!

What to Expect:
This class is all levels! Experience your first Downward Dog with an actual dog, or finally get into Bird of Paradise with the support of a fuzzy friend. Either way, enjoy 75 minutes of yoga to the sound of playful paws!

About our yoga instructor:
Audrey is a certified yoga teacher at Authentic Yoga Life, and “Dog and Cat Mom of the Year” (their words, not hers). Her yoga style is fun, refreshing, and full of exploration.

Tickets are $15 each, and class is limited to 30 spots.
